FEET ARE EVERYTHING


I just LOVED the effects of this Wiggle Feel! I practiced the recording every day it was available and now as I can remember. I wish I could watch it again. I have not focused much attention to my feet. I realized I have been so focused on my hips and pelvis and coming down to my toes and feet, working the way up, shifted some things in my hips without really trying. :) That was amazing! Thank you for this more integral approach. I am a person who has been wearing vibes for almost a decade (5 finger shoes) and has massaged my feet and used TCM practices with reflexology, but never have I experienced something like what you offered! Also I sprained both ankles playing soccer as an adolescent and was able to dare to roll confidently and feel a strength coming back into these areas. So fun! Thank you!! Many blessings.

I'm here to invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-honoring. Together, let's prioritize our relationship with ourselves and honor the needs of our bodies, minds, and souls.

Too often, we push aside our pain and discomfort, suppressing it or passing it by without truly acknowledging its presence. But I believe that true healing begins when we listen to our bodies, when we move through discomfort with intention and compassion.

In our time together, we'll explore what each part of our body is telling us. We'll connect with ourselves on a deeper level, unraveling the messages that lie within. And as we do so, we'll also reconnect with nature—from the inside out—tapping into the innate wisdom that resides within us and all around us.
